PMA Certified Pilate Teacher & ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
Beth has been involved in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 20 years. Her interest in whole body health and wellness led her to become actively involved in several specialty programs through the Dallas area YMCA including family fitness, the Live Strong cancer survivor program, Silver Sneakers for active older adults and youth fitness summer camps. She became involved with Pilates to bring a more whole body/mind approach of fitness to her clients. Beth earned her mat teaching certification with Karen Sanzo in 2008. In 2009 she completed her full certification on all Pilates apparatus through Balanced Body University with Karen and Shelley Estes. Beth is also certified by the PMA (Pilates Method Alliance). Beth is committed to the holistic principles of health and wellness that can bring about lasting change in each of her client’s lives. Pilates movement principles are an integral piece to that change.
