Julia is comprehensively certified through Balanced Body and has been teaching at Pilates Unlimited for over a year, bringing a thoughtful and precise approach to every session. Her journey began in Austin while living at home with her father, whose experience with Parkinson’s inspired her to explore the healing potential of mindful movement. She was mentored by Karen Sanzo and the dedicated team at Pilates Unlimited, where she deepened her understanding of the method. Known for her intentional cueing and focus on alignment, Julia is passionate about helping clients connect deeply with their bodies and move with purpose.
